• Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances: All narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors according to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution of May 6, 2000, No. 770, their analogues, and radioactive substances.
• Identity documents: Including firearm permits, work records, military ID cards, and identity documents (except passports for international travel in certain cases).
• Special technical means for covert information gathering: The list of such means is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 669 of September 22, 2016.
• Radio equipment and emitting devices: Prohibited for import and use according to the decision of the National Commission dated January 25, 2023, No. 18.
• Biological agents: Microorganisms, viruses, biological toxins, or other infectious substances that may pose a danger to humans, animals, or plants.
• Toxic and hazardous substances: Including mercury, acids, toxic or caustic substances.
• Fake money or securities: All types of counterfeit currency, checks, bonds, stocks, etc.
• Counterfeit or pirated products: Copies of software, counterfeit branded items, illegal copies of books or music.
• Pornographic materials: All types of pornographic materials, except for artistic literature as permitted by the laws of the destination country.
• Dangerous biological materials: Dangerous or infectious waste from medical institutions or laboratories.
• Raw wood and plant materials: Including fruits, seeds, seed material, and other plant products that may pose a risk of pest or disease contamination.
• Weaponry and explosive devices for military purposes: Military ammunition, explosive devices, or means for their production.
• Counterfeit documents: Passports, diplomas, birth certificates, or other documents of legal value that are produced fraudulently.
• Materials prohibited for import or export: Coal, ores, or other materials subject to specific restrictions.
• Prohibited animal species: Live animals that are prohibited from being imported into the destination country or pose a threat to the environment.
• Equipment for violating copyright laws: Devices or programs that allow circumventing copyright protection.
• Goods that infringe on patents or trademarks: Counterfeit patents, illegally copied technologies, or branded goods without the permission of the intellectual property rights holder.
• Unregistered pharmaceuticals or medical devices: Pharmaceuticals, medical instruments, or devices without certifications or licenses.
• Instructions for producing hazardous substances: Recipes or instructions for making narcotic substances, explosive devices, or other dangerous products.
• Cultural heritage items without documentation: Archaeological artifacts, ancient documents, items of cultural or historical value without export documentation.
• Illegal gambling: Lottery tickets, gambling bets, or other gambling activities that violate the laws of the destination country.
• Dangerous waste or toxic products: Including radioactive waste, hazardous industrial waste that may cause harm to health or the environment.
• Unregistered electronic data encryption equipment: Devices or software for cryptographic protection of information without authorization for use or distribution.
• Prohibited or restricted plant products: Plant products that are prohibited for import or require special permission for entry.
• Pests or organisms harmful to agriculture: Live organisms that may harm agriculture, such as invasive insect or plant species.
